According to Times Now, Tharun Sudhir recently visited Kannada star Darshan Thoogudeepa in jail before making the marriage announcement. He reported that Darshan is in good spirits and recovering well, and that the actor advised against changing the wedding date.

Tharun noted that, due to jail restrictions, he was unable to personally deliver a wedding invitation to Darshan but has sought his blessings. He expressed hope that Darshan might be granted special permission to attend the wedding, though he remains optimistic that the actor will be released by then.
